Asuhan Gizi Pada Pasien Congestive Hearth Failure, Edema Paru, Bronkopneumonia, Diabetes Melitus di Bangsal Mawar RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto

Abstract

Penyakit jantung menjadi penyebab kematian tertinggi di seluruh dunia sejak 20 tahun terakhir(1). Hasil Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) pada tahun 2018 menunjukkan prevalensi penyakit jantung sebesar 1,5%. Gagal jantung yang berlangsung lama menyebabkan terjadinya edema paru dan edema pada organ lain. Adanya bronkopneumoni menambah parah terjadinya edema pada paru. Diabetes melitus (DM) merupakan salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang menjadi prioritas untuk ditindaklanjuti. Prevalensi DM di Indonesia berdasarkan hasil Riskesdas 2018 yaitu sebesar 8,5%. Tujuan pene;eitian ingin mendeskripsikan proses asuhan gizi terstandar pada pasien CHF, Edema Paru, Bronkopneumoni, DM di Bangsal Mawar RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dengan metode wawancara dan observasi (data primer) dan dokumentasi (data sekunder). Dilakukan dengan pendekatan Nutrition Care Process meliputi asessmen, diagnosis, monitoring dan evaluasi secara berkala. Setelah dilakukan proses asuhan gizi terstandar selama 3 hari berturut-turut, kondisi klinis/fisik pasien membaik ditandai dengan edema dan keluhan berkurang, asupan makan pasien meningkat bertahap (mencapai 50%). Namun data biokimia masih menunjukkan hiperglikemia dan status gizi tetap kurang. Kesimpulan akhir, asupan makan pasien meningkat bertahap, klinik/fisik membaik, biokimia masih belum normal dan status gizi yaitu gizi kurang.
