Hubungan Kelebihan Volume Cairan dengan Kualitas Hidup Pasien Gagal Ginjal Kronik yang Menjalani Hemodialisis Reguler
Abstract
Pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis sering mengalami kelebihan volume cairan dalam tubuh, karena terjadi penurunan fungsi ginjal dalam mengeksresikan cairan dan kurang mampunya mengontrol pembatasan asupan cairan sehingga mengakibatkan edema di kelopak mata, kaki, ancietas dan sesak nafas. Hal ini dapat mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kelebihan volume cairan dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien penyakit gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis Reguler Metode Penelitian menggunakan analitik korelasional dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pasien penyakit Gagal Ginjal Kronik yang menjalani Hemodialisis Reguler. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling didapatkan sampel 142 pasien. Hasil penelitian dengan analisa uji Kendall’s Tau menunjukkan p = 0,000 < ? = 0,05 dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan kelebihan volume cairan dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien penyakit Gagal Ginjal Kronik yang menjalani Hemodialisis Reguler dengan tingkat korelasi sedang
