Aplikasi Berbasis Android dalam Penanganan Obesitas Anak Usia Sekolah: Literature Review
Abstract
Obesitas merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat di dunia yang terus meningkat seiring waktu. Obesitas pada usia anak akan berlanjut hingga usia dewasa jika tidak segera ditangani. Program pencegahan obesitas pada anak dapat dilakukan dengan menginterasikan teknologi. Literatur review ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aplikasi berbasis android yang digunakan dalam pencegahan obesitas pada anak. Tulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan literatur review. Penelusuran elektronik meliputi database Pubmed, Clinical Key Nursing, Science Direct, EbscoHost dan Proquest menggunakan kata kunci yang sudah ditentukan. Kriteria inklusi artikel adalah dipublikasikan antara tahun 2015-2020, berbahasa Inggris, populasi intervensi pada anak usia sekolah dasar. Sembilan artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Analisis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan tema. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang digunakan dalam pencegahan obesitas anak terbagi menjadi aplikasi berbasis android/ smartphone, aplikasi berbasis telehealth dan mHealth, aplikasi berbasis social media serta digital device yang dikenakan ditubuh. Studi selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mengembangkan prototype aplikasi pencegahan obesitas berbasis teknologi dengan memperhatikan perkembangan anak dan sosial budaya.
